Performing prime contract works, MEGALINE Construction Concern bears full juridical responsibility and accountability to its customers. Besides, MEGALINE represents its customers' interests in relations with subcontractors. MEGALINE controls the overall process of construction, prepares the package of all documents required and cooperates with the State Committee in the course of commissioning.
The process of construction is divided into stages; upon completion of each stage, a customer shall sign a Report of Works Done thereby confirming the accuracy and timeliness of performance of the same. Besides, the Concern's specialists control conformity of the expenditures with the estimates agreed and make settlements with all the suppliers and subcontractors.
As a Prime Contractor MEGALINE Construction Concern guarantees:
1. An efficient effort of the specialists of the Project Management Department, which implies obtainment of all authorizations required for construction, organization and control of all the stages of construction, and warrants compliance with the terms and quality standards as well as timely commissioning of the object.
2. An efficient effort of the employees of its own Design Department who will calculate and carry out pre-erection tests of complicated engineering developments in the project.
3. Availability of its own manufacturing capabilities, which will precipitate considerably the whole process of construction and optimize a customer's expenditures. For instance, MEGALINE Concern supplies in full structural steel for the process of construction, the said steel being manufactured by its own plant on the basis of drawings of teh Design Department for a specific building.
4. Wealth of experience in construction using different technologies, for example, solid-casting skeleton type technology, skeleton-type construction of fast-erected buildings, and construction of cottages according to the skeleton-type technology using glued laminated lumber and rounded logs.
5. Availability of all certificates and licenses required for construction.
