Shopping and entertainment complexes (Malls) designs are considered among most complicated for realization; this is connected with the necessity of simultaneous taking into account a lot of details. The experience of elaborating such buildings is of the greatest importance in such projects.

Total space of the "Riviera" Mall equals to100 000 sq. m.! The Mall includes 20 000 sq. m. of boutique zone, an entertainment zone with a cinema consisting of 9 halls, children's amusements and a food court occupying the territory of 1500 sq. m. The "Real" hypermarket occupies 12 500 sq. m. in the Riviera Shopping City. This is a shopping network positioning itself for customers as "all purchases under one roof" which presents a European level of comfort and convenience for shopping. The scale of the complex makes an unsurpassed impression; convenient layout and comfortable stay are guaranteed!

The complex consists of two buildings with the total space of 100 000 s. m. - today it is the largest shopping mall in Ukraine. The Concern specialists have taken into account and realized all specifics of further maintenance of the building.
