SETTING INTO OPERATION OF HYPERMARKET OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OBI IN ODESSA!
On December 15, 2008 construction concern MEGALINE set into operation one of two parts of "Riviera Shopping City" being under construction in Odessa - the building of the OBI supermarket of construction materials.
Transfer/Acceptance certificate was signed: on behalf of the company "NEW BUSINESS VIEWS" by director A. A. Avramenko, on behalf of the concern MEGALAINE by director A.A. Starovoytov, on behalf of the company "Bovis Land Lease" by Project Manager Rory Obrien.
Total space of the future supermarket OBI will be 16 000 m2. All the construction works, finishing works and complex of special works were carried out here. Only some correction works should be done together with preparation of trading spaces and the task of comfort and modernization, demanding decisions of the owners occupying the premises should be settled.
It is to be recalled that construction of new shopping center with the space of more than 21 hectares situated in Staronikolayevskaya road, near the village "Leski" began in March 2008. The building was constructed in due term and, without losing any time, adhering to the plan, the OBI corporation began delivering trading and specialized equipment. According to official information of the OBI Company, by March 2009 the supermarket of construction materials and the trading floor for sale of garden plants will be opened here under the European analogues.
It is not an easy task to build and set into operation such a considerable construction as the OBI, in 10 months. However, the MEGALINE faces even a more important and ambitious task - to set into operation the second construction phase - hypermarket "Real" with the space of 15 000 m2, which is the anchor tenant of Riviera Shopping Center with the total space of 80 000 m2!
