 Energy supplying network was commissioned on 25 July. Specialists of the MEGALINE Construction Concern check the functioning of all lighting appliances. Commissioning works for ventilation and air-conditioning systems are under way. Gas, water supply and sewerage systems have been commissioned earlier.
