Refrigerating and storage complex in the urban village “Avangard” with the capacity of 12000 T

Under the circumstances of the world's food crisis the population of Ukraine needs the food products of high quality. What's more this necessity is increasing each year. Accordingly there is an evident problem, concerning transport and storage of perishable goods. Refrigeratory-warehouse abilities of old building have gone out of date; they just fail to manage permanently increasing capacities.
Nowadays the refrigeratory complex located in the village of Avangard is the most powerful and advanced enterprise that specialised in storage of perishable goods in gas environment. The quality of goods storage are provided with powerful refrigerating system from the leading world's manufacturers. Qualified managers make warehouse activities, providing fast and premium service for their clients.
This refrigeratory complex satisfies the European standards of quality and the client's demand for this complex is always increasing.

ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS

The differential of the relief varies from 55,60 to 55,50. General surface slope - in the southern direction.
The site area is 0,25 hectares. The designed building is facing the main driveway and entrance on the territory.
The capacity of the designed refriegerator is 12000 tons of fruits of simultaneous storage.
The building of the refriegerator is one-stored with dimensions 52,0 х 25,95 m, and the height of 6,60 m to the bottom of construction and 8,09 m to the end (top) of the roof.
The refriegerator has 8 cooling chambers 130,26 m2 each, 3,5 m high transport passage and the apparatus floor (entresol) above the transport passage (point 3.80 m) transport passage has 2 gates. The apparatus floor has two doors and two stairs. Stairs are metal with the 45◦ inclination.
The framework is made of flanged beams №33 (corner columns) and №24 (middle columns). Girder is also made of flanged beams №33. Wall panels - "Sandwich"-type with the warmth-keeping jacket of polyurethane. The panel thickness for exterior walls is 180 mm. Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete continuous frame footings are of Class В12,5 concrete, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete continuous wall panel footings are Class В12,5 concrete, cast-in-situ reinforced rubble concrete wall ramp footings are of Class В7,5 concrete and Sort 100 boom (бум).
Floors are concrete of tile structure made of Class В20 concrete 30 mm thick on Fibercrete layer 120 mm thick. For detailed information about construction of flooring see the drawings of contractor design.
Cast-in-situ concrete facility footings are of Class В15 concrete.
