Industrial and storage complex, village Burlach’ya Balka

Refrigeratory-warehouse complex located in the village of Burlachnaya Balka that occupies 5000 square meters, with ability to contain 35000 tons was built with the usage of updated European large-scale building technologies. Optimal conditions for storing of goods provide modern refrigerator's equipment and powerful ventilation system. There is a spacious car park for truck refrigerators located close to warren house complex. The vehicular approach roads are being perfectly maintained. ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS

Site area - 2,05 hectares.
The surface slope of the site area - in the western direction, elevation is 3-4 m.
The main drive to the site is located on the west side and equipped with sliding gate. The width of the sliding gate is 7,5 m. According to the general layout the container depot is to be located in the central part of the site area. The coverage of the site is planned to be of airfield-grade concrete floor planks.
Two-stored facility of the Administrative building has the squared shape with dimensions 25,2 x 12,76 m.
Refrigerating warehouse №1 with dimensions 90 х 24 m and the height of 6 m is located along the southern boundary of the site on the distance of 8,3 m from the fence. The structure of the refrigerating warehouse is interconnected with the two-stored facility of the administrative building. The main entrance to the administrative building is planned to be located from the northern pane. On the northern pane side the indoor cargo handling ramp, equipped with apertures with sealing aprons, is located. On the same side of the pane there is also the approach ramp for loaders and the stairs, leading to the warehouse ramp and to the entrance of the administrative building.
The warehouse №2 with dimensions 148 х 20 m and the height of 6 m is located along the western boundary of the site on the distance of 13 m from the fence. The structure of the warehouse consists of 3 buildings 20 m wide and two sheltered cargo handling ramps between them. 20 m wide and 15 m deep areas are provided for transport approach to the ramps from the western side .
From the southern side facilities for storing of electric loaders and for built-in transforming station are attached to the building.
