BRICKYARD
The Ovideopolskiy brick factory was built in the shortest terms, having high rates of building service. The wire frame technologies that are successfully used all over the world, demonstrated excellent results while implementing of this scaled project. The qualified commissioning has become a grant of long-term and successful enterprise operation. Knowledgeable projecting enable to place on the ground area of 2 hectares all the required buildings and spacious car park. Today the Ovideopolskiy brick factory has a high rank and good reputation between all the evasive effective productions in Odessa region.
ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS
The differential of the relief varies from 52.06 to 52.32. General surface slope - in the southern direction.
Workshop building is one-stored with dimensions 50 m х 12 m and the height of 7,4 m.
The facility is made of light metal constructions.
Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete continuous footings are made of Class В-15 concrete. Fibercrete floors 100 - 150 mm thick. The framework is made of flanged beams №30.
Purlins are made of Z-profiles with dimensions 12х46х150х40х12 mm and lacings of L50х50 mm.
Building for drying chambers is one-stored with dimensions 18 m х 9 m, has 12 sections. Each section has the area of 12,46 m2 and the height of 3 m.
Each section has seven shelves for trays. The building has a basement with the height of 1,8 m. Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete continuous footings are made of Class В-15 concrete and lean concrete - of Class В-7,5 concrete. Foundations are made on sand mattress 25 mm thick and lean concrete 100 mm thick. Walls of the basement are of FBS (ФБС) blocks 2400х600х300 mm.
Floors of the facility - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete plate.
Exterior building panels are "Sandwich"-type with the polyfoam warmth-keeping jacket.
The bulk solids storehouse is one-stored building with dimensions 18 m х 10 m and the height of 6,86 m.
The storehouse is divided in three parts. Each part has the area of 57,42 m2 and the height from 6,8 m and above.
Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete foundation and walls are made of Class В-15 concrete. At 3 m height walls are persisted with tubing 100х100х6 mm.
Floors of the facility - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete plate, made of Class В-15 concrete.
