MEGALINE LTD Construction Concern was been uninterruptedly existing and active on the market of building services since 1995.

The main line of activities of MEGALINE Concern is construction of real estate complying with the Western European standards, which is confirmed by certification according to the quality standard ISO 9001 and construction licenses authorizing performance of construction works throughout Ukraine.
MEGALINE Concern specializes in construction of real estate to be used for commercial, industrial, and residential purposes as well as in restoration works. We practice solid-casting skeleton-type, precast, brick, and skeleton-type (fast erected buildings) technologies.

The portfolio of MEGALINE Construction Concern numbers over 50 completed objects of real estate including business and entertainment complexes, business centres, hotels, refrigeratory and warehousing complexes, factories, workshops, parking areas, restoration objects.

The Concern's owned assets contain as follows: our own structural steel plant, wood-working shop, metal-plastic windows shop. Besides, the Concern owns a whole fleet of heavyweight building machinery (over 70 specialized machines) and repair shops and specialized storage facilities for the same.
Over 1,000 persons team up in MEGALINE Construction Concern to work on large scale projects. The Concern comprises 15 departments including the Design Department, Project Management Department, Department of Specialized Works, and Mechanization Department.

Performing main contract works, MEGALINE Construction Concern assumes responsibility for the budget and terms of construction, implementation and consummation of any turn-key projects, which is evidenced by its Portfolio and Recommendations on respect of MEGALINE Concern.
