History of the Concern
MEGALINE has been established in 1995. Nowadays it is one of the largest building concerns in the South of Ukraine. It has its own powerful production and technical base, vehicle fleet and professional staff organized into a flexible infrastructure.
From the moment of its foundation, the Concern's main principle has been an analytic approach to the realization of building projects which excludes subjective factors from the process of production and guarantees gradual increase of economic potential.
The Concern's first professional steps were: a complete removed of JAFFA juice production factory and Odessa radial drill plant. Then we won numerous tenders for repair and reconstruction of large national objects including the National Bank of Ukraine.
There's one thing common for all stages of Concern's formation and development - high quality of the works fulfilled in short terms. This approach has been taken as basis for the further Concern's activity, and soon has become a characteristic feature of MEGALINE's work.
By 2000, the Concern has reached a new level by expanding its activity to the construction of warehouses and industrial premises. The Concern's increased credibility on the construction market allowed us taking the contract for large-scale reconstruction of LUKOIL petroleum refinery. At the same time we finished completely and in time, complex works for planning and reconstruction of park areas in Mikhailovsky and Komsomolsky public squares of Odessa.
In 2000, the Concern's profits increase highly. Along with the staff increase, the Concern decides to create and regularly increase its own fleet of specialized building equipment, which includes more than 80 units by now.
During the following four years, a part of Vinogradny housing estate, Ulysses - a comfortable hotel and two large business centers in Odessa were built, a reconstruction of the Supreme Administrative Court building in Kiev was fulfilled.
At the same time, MEGALINE builds a brick factory and assembles about ten warehouse and refrigerating complexes in short terms. The new objects have been built according to the frame housing technology which from that moment determines the course of the Concern's development - production and use of fabricated metals for frame housing industrial and commercial construction.
In 2008 the Concern reinforced its positions on the commercial real estate building market which allowed us obtaining the order for building of the Ukraine's largest shopping entertainment complex - Riviera Shopping City, located on a territory larger than 21 ha along the Nikolaevskaya Road in Odessa.
Within the strategy of further development, the Concern's management is considering building of shopping entertainment complexes as the most promising area for expanding European markets.
The fulfillment of large-scale projects for construction of shopping entertainment complexes allows effectively cooperate with large operators and leading developers, which now defines the basic concept of commercial construction business.
In order to solve ongoing tasks in another priority field - construction of industrial and warehouse premises, the Concern put into operation two metalware production shops. Our own concrete production shop concluded the list of producers of the basic construction materials, and now MEGALINE has a great potential to independently service large projects.
Construction concern MEGALINE is a high growth company with developed infrastructure and further prospects of large expansion of its commercial activity to the European sector.
The entire Concern's activity is divided optimally between its diverse departments, which, as a result of their flexible interaction, are capable to quickly respond to the smallest changes in the process of project implementation. Constant analysis and search for commercial information, assessment of construction and legal risks, development of Concern's optimal strategy and tactics are the tasks that are being successfully fulfilled by the MEGALINE professionals.

The total Concern's turnover since the beginning of 2000 increased to more than 100 times. The stability and high responsibility for the quality of its work lead to gaining of the European certificate of quality ISO 9001 obtained by the Concern in 2008.
